JR Pulling Out A Sheet From the Feeder

Our Carton and Packaging department is specially focused on short run, custom manufactured rigid containers for your product and POS needs. Unlike many other of our competitors, we have no minimums and have a variety of dies on hand to help minimize costs. We have a variety of dies on hand, including vial containers, 150cc, 175cc and 200cc bottle container dies.

The substrate is as important as the product going in the box. We offer a variety of thicknesses of carton, from 10pt up to 24pt thick stocks. We also can manufacture cartons made out of seed paper!

Our substrates are engineered to FDA certified for direct food contact specifications. You can rest assured that your food products will be well taken care once they are packaged. But, the food protection does not start there. Our raw materials are segregated in a climate controlled area. Our processes are reviewed frequently by our in house Quality Control team (the only QC team with a dedicated full time QC Manager in a printshop in the Northwest!). We pride ourselves on our cGMP quality manual that drives our processes.
